Welcome to FreeCash: Earn Money for Task ("FreeCash", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using this Android application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use FreeCash.
- If you are under the legal age in your country, parental consent is required.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
2. Nature of the App
- FreeCash is a rewards-based survey application
- Users earn reward points, not guaranteed cash
- Rewards are earned by:

• Participating in referral programs
• Performing available in-app tasks

3. Rewards & Redemption
- Rewards are provided in the form of points
- Points can be redeemed only via PayPal
- A valid PayPal account is required
- Minimum redemption limits may apply
- Redemption processing time may vary

FreeCash is not responsible for PayPal account issues, delays, or restrictions.

4. Surveys & Availability
- Surveys are provided by third-party partners
- Survey availability depends on:
• User profile
• Location
• Demographics
• Third-party eligibility criteria

Completing a survey does not guarantee rewards if disqualified by the provider.

5. Ads & Monetization
- FreeCash displays advertisements using Google AdMob
- Ads help keep the app free
- Ads may be personalized or non-personalized based on user consent and region
- We are not responsible for third-party ad content
6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

- Use fake or duplicate accounts
- Provide false information
- Attempt to manipulate surveys or rewards
- Use bots, automation, or hacking tools
- Abuse referral or reward systems

Violation may result in:

- Reward forfeiture
- Account suspension or permanent ban
- Loss of access without prior notice
7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

- Suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud or misuse
- Remove earned points if activity violates these terms
- Block access without liability if policies are breached
8. No Financial or Employment Relationship
- FreeCash does not offer employment
- Participation does not create:
• Employer–employee relationship
• Partnership or agency relationship
- Earnings are considered voluntary rewards, not wages or salary
9. Limitation of Liability

FreeCash is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We are not liable for:

- Loss of rewards
- Survey disqualifications
- App downtime or technical issues
- Third-party service failures
- Indirect or consequential damages
10. Intellectual Property
- All app content, branding, logos, and design belong to FreeCash
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission
11. Third-Party Services

FreeCash integrates third-party services such as:

We are not responsible for third-party policies or actions.
